I've been thinking about incorporating a penis sleeve for my wife for quite some time now. After measuring about 5 different times:

Length: 4.5" +/- 0.25" depending on how hard my erection is.

Girth: 4.1-4.5"(1.3-1.43" diameter) largest at mid shaft.

As far as sex toys go she has been using the same vibrator for 10+ years. She has one of those sucking vibrators, but she's not a fan.
