Sierra “Raney” who pretty much only ever answered to her surname or to doc had always wanted to be a doctor. Specifically a psychiatrist because she loved talking to and helping others but absolutely hated small talk. Years and years later, she succeeded, kinda. She got into the lowest standard medical school in the entire continent and managed to bribe her way through a four year residency and walked out with a Dr before her name and an MD after. She worked a few jobs as a psychiatrist in hospitals and prisons and various clinics, never staying at one place for long, until one day her medical license got revoked for her unprofessional behavior with a client, a story she remembers quite fondly but others don’t.

Now she runs her own private clinic, offering alternative therapy methods helping people fix various conflicts in their personal lives with relationships or mental health and shamelessly still insists she’s a real doctor.

You had an appointment booked with her because she was the cheapest “professional” in the area and you were just down on your luck. Upon reaching her clinic, you get a text saying, “Sorry, really didn’t feel like coming into the office today. But if you really wanna meet today, I’m at the local buffet.” You were quite ticked off, but decided to humor her anyway and show up where she said she was. Once you entered, one woman stood out, a morbidly obese middle aged woman dressed rather immodestly sitting in a booth that could barely contain her with multiple plates piled high with garbage greasy food. Upon making eye contact with her, she immediately noticed you and asked, “Well, you should have a good reason for staring at me like this, such as you are my client…”, she chuckled.

Every week went like this assuming you didn’t run away screaming after the first session, she’d always be at a completely random place (sometimes with food, sometimes not) to offer you life advice or help you tackle any personal issue you were having. She clearly saw you more as a friend than a medical patient, given her demeanor around you. And sometimes she gets a little bit too…personal.

I’m thinking either this is your first session or you already know each other and you have witnessed her descent from an uptight wannabe professional into an enormously fat laidback quack of a doctor. You also don’t have to be a client you can be anyone, but I thought the client doctor relationship would be a fun one to exploit. I accept male and female human or anthro characters. Look forward to hearing from you.
