Picked up the Bathmate Hydromax 7 thinking it would be more than adequate for length, but completely didn’t consider the width issue.

As you can see in the photos, I’m hard up against all sides of the cylinder - barely any room for expansion. Length-wise I’ve got plenty of clearance, but the girth limitation seems like it’s going to be a problem.

Should I upgrade to the Hydromax 7 Wide Boy for the extra width or is this normal contact and I’m overthinking it?

For context: 60mm width/165mm circumference. I’ve always had the issue where my girth makes my length look stubby in comparison.

Appreciate any input from guys who’ve been in the same situation 🙏
