How to recover from drug trauma?

I have come to this community seeking helpful advice. I am not a regular user of anything. I have only used drugs twice in my life. The second time, i was really far gone. I was drunk at a party and i ended up using 2g of 3MMC, and a few keybumps of cocaine and ketamine. I was totally fine and energetic during the party, but the day after i had the worst side-effects of my life. Hyperventilating, heart palpitations. My heartrate was through the roof. I ended up surviving this ordeal, but not before a hellish 24+ hours of perpetual death. It felt like i was having a constant heartattack that never killed me but kept on edging me on the brink of death.

It's been 2 months since then. I am going to work and school normally now, but i am somewhat frequently plagued with the aftermath. When i am under stress, when i have eaten too much etc, i get that same panicky heartfailure feeling. It seems i have developed some kind of PTSD condition even though the danger is long gone.

When will this feeling go away? Will my heart and my nerves return to normal? What should i do?
