I really like stats and so I was thinking about getting a smart scale or a body composition scale. Has anyone else deliberately leaned into this side of things? Any fun things or devices you can recommend or maybe share your experiences using them?

I also saw some smart tape that came with an app that automatically sorted out all the details into body fat estimates and things like that, but it only went to 50 inches, which is maybe a bit too small.
