I ordered from bronx extracts on friday at about 2:45pm, right before the cut off. It was off to a great start i think. By 4:08 pm status was “dropped off by customer to ups” but now it is Tuesday morning and this status hasn’t changed. Do small packages get lost? And it was supposedly expected on the past Saturday whoch obviously didnt happen. I messaged on X but it was just a auto reply giving me same status information. Is there anything i can do to help this move along? Should i be worried? First time trying them, it seems they did absolutely nothing wrong so far but wth.
