Since taking MDMA the first time (250mg in total) I started seeing the panels on my roof trembling the day after, and was told it might’ve been HPPD. Only happened once, so I let it go. That was maybe two months ago.
Since then I’ve tripped twice on 100ug LSD and taken just about 250-300mg MDMA in total on different occasions. Today I’ve been completely sober for 48 hours (I normally smoke weed daily), and the roof panel trembling has come back. It also disappears if I stare at it for more than 10 seconds. If I’m walking outside, sometimes the trees will look sort of like I’m on a low dose of acid, though I haven’t taken any. This has been the only symptoms of HPPD, so do you all think it could be possible that I have it?

I’ve tried LSD (100 ug) twice now, and I overall don’t really enjoy it. First time it was pretty fun for the first half, until I got an anxiety attack so bad I thought I was dying. Second time the physical feeling of the anxiety attack was there too, but I managed to somewhat keep calm.
Since then, when I smoke weed or roll on MDMA, my heart gets extremely heavy, sometimes hurts a little bit, and I have a hard time breathing until I get fresh air.
I’m therefore taking a long break from everything unhealthy, but now to my initial question:
Would 2C-B have the same effect on my heart as LSD? It’s my number one bucket list substance, but if the uncomfortable heart sensation is guaranteed, I won’t touch it with a 10 foot pole.
If I were to take it, it would be a 20mg vegetable capsule. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

My girlfriend just popped 75mg and there’s nothing I could want more than to roll with her BUT. Last night I took about 75mg as well, and I know you’re not supposed to roll two days in a row. I also took about 50ug LSD 3 days ago, so would it be extra dangerous to microdose a little MDMA now?

Can’t find much about this interaction on the sub. Does anyone know if this would be dangerous, or just dull the roll like other antipsychotics?
In case it’s important, the rxulti is taken for anxiety and light hallucinations, and not taking it or taking a break is out of the question.
Would MDMA be a bad idea?
