[NB4A] Bred on a Steamy Afternoon
The summer heat ain't cute on nobody. There's nothing fun about it. And it doesn't help that the AC has been down for the last 3 days in our home. So, clothes? Only enough to be decent and considerate of the neighbors who have kids. At least while outside, of course. Hell, it's just barely cooler outside than it is in the house.
You've been working with a handyman on and off for the last 3 hours to figure out what needs to be fixed, not because it was a complicated fix necessarily, but it was hard for you to focus with me sprawled out between 2 lawn chairs on the back porch, box fan blowing between my legs causing my tank top dress to billow. All it's really doing is circulating the hot air as is obvious with how the sweat slides down from my temple to my neck to my cleavage, dampening my dark brown skin.
At this point, I'm yanking the hem of my dress up higher to get some reprieve, my thighs damp with sweat. It is cooling at least a little as the box fan air hits my skin, and I can't help sighing. You notice the handyman staring just as hard as you are, and you jostle him back to focus. You need to get this AC fixed and this man out of our house.
Another 45 minutes goes by and thank fuck, you and the handyman manage to get the AC fixed. You practically shove the man out the front door with the rest of his pay and start to make your way around our home, closing windows and doors to trap the precious cool air in. You see me getting up from the chairs and stretching, my dress clinging to my curves because of the sweat. I run a hand through my short curls, sweat dripping from my fingers.
You notice, more than usual how nice my body looks and how, because it has been so hot, we haven't fucked in 3 days, which is uncharacteristic of us. You happen to glance at the calendar in the kitchen and notice it's my ovulation week. We've been trying for a baby for months now. Maybe with all of this pent up, we'll be successful.
