Oxballs Juicy users – is it normal to feel tightness/constriction around the base while pumping?

Hey guys,

I recently started using the Oxballs Juicy as a cylinder base sleeve/separator during pumping to reduce scrotal pull and turkey neck.

It definitely keeps the balls and loose skin out of the tube much better, and the pumping feels more shaft-focused now. Less skin gets pulled into the cylinder and the expansion seems more concentrated on the shaft itself.

But I also notice a pretty strong tightness/constriction feeling around the base during sessions, almost like the base expansion is being restricted by the thick silicone.

A few things I noticed:

Less scrotal skin entering the tube.

Less overall pumped length inside the cylinder.

More focused girth expansion.

Feels like the same vacuum pressure may be more intense/effective now.

I’m currently using it with a 2” cylinder, and honestly the Juicy feels slightly oversized/thick for that tube size.

For those using the Juicy:

Is that tightness at the base normal?

Does it mean the load is more focused on the shaft?

Or is it a sign the ring is too restrictive?

Would appreciate hearing your experiences/settings.

Hey guys,

I could really use some help. I came back to using a vaccum extender setup after about a year off, and it’s been extremely inconsistent and frustrating.

Im using Best extender with Epic cups and sleeves (not the last version).

Some days the vacuum is decent, but other days it just doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried switching to a bigger cup and replacing sleeves, but nothing seems to make a real difference.

I genuinely don’t understand where the air leak is coming from or what I might be doing wrong. Sometimes the vacuum is so weak that when I pump, I can actually see my wrapped glans getting pulled upward with the suction and then immediately dropping back down.

I also tried inserting while hard/semi-erect and then letting it subside. But once it becomes flaccid, it gets thinner, so even if it looks like the wrap is sticking to the top of the cup (like the vacuum is working), my penis just slides back down inside.

Then I tried wrapping while fully flaccid so it matches my girth more tightly and holds better — but in that case, the whole thing just gets pulled down together with the wrap.

At one point I spent around 4 hours just trying different setups, mostly repeating the same process over and over. Only toward the end did I manage to get it working somewhat — but even then, it didn’t last.

My current setup:

Wrap glans with micropore tape + adhesive

Roll sleeve above the cup

Insert penis

Roll sleeve down

Add a small extra piece of sleeve on top to reinforce

Tie a tight piece of sock around the shaft over the sleeve to prevent air leaks (otherwise it loses vacuum immediately)

Pump a couple times and attach to extender

Even with all that, it’s still very hit-or-miss.

the sleeve I’m using isn’t very tight on my shaft, but if I go down a size it becomes too tight.

In any case I tried the thinest sleeve but it didn't help too.

Would appreciate any advice

Edit: I already ordered the v3 as well. Just hoped I can get a solution in the meantime.

ChatGPT told me that I always needa to aim pump below or just close enough to the edema threshold in both pressure and time, but not cross it as it will interfere with growth. Is that true?

For example if I can do 3 sets of 5 minutes on 7inhg max without getting edema, but 4th set or the 6th minute or 8inhg gives me edema. Then stay just below that which is the sweet spot.

Is there a truth in it? Or it just nonsense.

I found out I get edema with either high pressure and shorter sets (5min on 11-12inhg) or with longer sets with low pressure (10min on 5-6inhg).

Both using heat.

Thanks
