[TW: Manipulation] Trans Feminist, open to honest debate. Change my mind.

Been in feminist spaces for a while. I hold most of the standard positions and I’m not here to abandon them, but I keep running into counter-arguments I can’t just dismiss, so I’d rather actually engage than quietly shelve them.
Pitch me your best evidence-based critiques. Where do you think the data’s being misread, the framing’s more ideological than analytical, or the conclusions are outrunning the premises? Particularly interested in:
• Patriarchy as the primary explanation for gender differences
• DEI and affirmative action for women
• Whether systemic oppression framing still holds up empirically in 2026
