Vacuglide 2 comes with sleeves in three sizes. If I was to buy one of the latex sleeves that come in four sizes, which sizes do they corrospond to? Is the 1.75 inch latex sleeve the same as the small one the system comes with or would that be the 2 inch size?

Another question: I saw a review that claimed that if you bought the rail sleeve you should go up a size if you feel like you're between fits, because they're tighter:
