Up for a discussion about my 22 yo sis?

We have been in a weird unsaid agreement wherein we don't discuss/talk about it but we both love touching eachother in our sleep. I have been doing it to her since we were 14,16.

She just acts asleep when I start touching her body. She never resists my touch. She enjoys it alot. It's literally visible on her face, the way she slowly moans and bites her lips but, she just never reacts to it. NEVER. She enjoys it, let me touch her everywhere but zero reaction.

I'm not sure how to move ahead from here now.

So I have been noticing for a couple of weeks now. Whenever she comes to clean my room, she clean whole room pretty quick but while she's brooming the area I'm in she'd intentionally bend down and make her cleavage too visible, I initially acted like I didn't watch as I was not expecting her to do all this intentionally, so I just avoided looking at her but every other day i started noticing this pattern that she's intensionally doing it for me to look at it. Yesterday I just thought I'll stare at her cleavage and when she bended I was tryito get a sneak peak and suddenly we both had an eye contact i tried to look back into the laptop but she stayed like that looking at me, she could have fixed her kurti but she didn't.. that really turned me on. She's slim, dusky, probably 19-20 age ig.

Idk what to do next.
