Hello dear people,

just curious if anyone here has experience with sharing live heart rate data during sessions or in daily life with their domme.

I was thinking about something like using a smartwatch or heart rate monitor that lets her see my pulse either live, or that it sends notifications if my heart rate suddenly spikes. Or both.

Not even only for sessions, but also for moments where she knows she affected me somehow. Like seeing my pulse go up after a message or trigger and instantly knowing "yeah, my sub is thinking about me."

Does anyone here actually do this? If yes it would be nice if someone can recommend apps/devices.
