Start of the Journey.
Hello, long time leaker first time poster here.
To keep a long story short just started my journey for PE this last week. I've had teh equipment for some time and kept pushing it of or done partial commitments on beginner routines.
In short i just wanted to get the community's critic on my beginner routine.
Morning - 5min hard clamping, with a rubber cushion/barriers to avoid brusing. Light streching and or heating before the streching.
"V" grip (FIngers in the shap of a V, strechign to the base of the head) - 2mins - 1mins breaks - 3 times
After noon - Heating, then traction strechign for 30mins, using a pretty good extender system.
Afterwards 30min session with heated pumping sessions - broken into 15 or 10min sets. Breaks between sets i do kegels? Not sure the exact name.
Once all said and done i do my last clamp for the day 5mins hard clamp. I clean up and putting some lotion/oil to help with any dryness and general healing. Before putting it in a healing sleeve (Total man product)
I'm doing two PE days before taking a days break to, relieve myself if i'm feeling it or just relaxing with the healing sleeve for most of the day.
Apart from that size wise i haven done any offical measurments.
