I recently did a baking soda and lemon juice bloat and it felt great, but I feel like I could have gotten more out of it. I mixed in 1 tsp of baking soda with 2 cups of water and 1/3 cup of lemon juice with a cup of water. Since the baking soda mixture didn't taste great, I would alternate it with the lemon juice since it was much more palatable, but I'm unsure if alternating it caused me to bloat less than I could have. I'm thinking of doubling the amount of baking soda and lemon juice I add next time. Did alternating cause me to bloat less than I could have, and would doubling it be safe?
