Started with one of my small ropes to get the initial tie, made sure I wrapped them as tight as possible. Then I added the second rope, and layered it to make my tits even more swollen.

And of course, I just had to put my tack bra on, and then add a smaller bra on top so they really dug in! But that wasn't enough, to I laid on my hardwood floor bracing all my weight on my chest!

I'd say I had the super tight ties on for over an hours, and when I untied myself it stung!
