Why aren’t opiates used for major depressive disorder? They make me feel so happy and content and just a million times better. I understand the addictive properties of opiates but surely if carefully monitored and tapering off of them slowly to avoid withdrawal issues they should be fairly safe?

What is the common amount in mg to get a high from Tianeptine. For example how many 12.5mg Stablons would it take to produce a high. (I am aware of the dangers of this drug, this is purely for research purposes).
