Hello everyone! I'm Eden, 19NB, EST timezone (being close to this is a preference but not required). Some info about me - I'm a college student on summer break, so I've got a lot of free time I'd like to dedicate to writing and making new friends! I very much enjoy OOC chatting about OCs (whether they're the ones we're using in an rp or not!), HCs, plot/worldbuilding, and our general interests. While I'm not in the mood to write 24/7 throughout the day, I'm always down to talk! I implore anyone who reaches out to me, don't be shy, I'm certain I can match ur energy and ur freak.
Onto my writing style, I consider myself lit-novella, and I make a big effort to match my partner's length. I kinda feel like I'm doing something wrong if I'm not at least hitting the discord limit, but if there are moments where the goal is to have a fast back and forth, I'm down for something shorter! Just please, no one-liners or super dry, un-detailed responses. I want us both to be geeking out and going in, so if there are any issues or points of disinterest, communicate!
About my writing interests, I love character driven stories. I personally put a lot of effort into developing my OCs into complex, flawed, and somewhat realistic individuals. Imperfection breeds interest, and I love it when romantic dynamics don't just start and end with them being cute and fluffy. To pair with it, though, worldbuilding and lore is something I'm great at, and if we get super into an rp, I'd really enjoy getting really nerdy about it! Maps, mythology, Pinterest boards, playlists, docs, the list goes on. If you want to do it, I'm more than down.
To be specific about plots, I'm really interested in exploring a sort of toxic vampire/human dynamic, preferably MxM! I'd love it if we could touch on some of the complex, gothic aspects that vampire romances have to offer. We can flesh this out plenty in PMs, but I was hoping to place the setting in some sort of royal court? Since I have an OC in mind to use here, I'd like to play the human if we went with this idea!!
