Has anyone else had to deal with working after breast cancer, and having scars?

I need surgery, but don't know if it will be a full mastectomy or something smaller.

I'd be curious to hear from clients or escorts -- I'm higher end, and reconstruction should be possible eventually, but a big scar is probably inevitable.
