Nakakatawa lang talaga yung ibang GM na sobrang unreasonable pagdating sa minimal DP. Here sa Manila, honestly I don’t care kung magbigay kayo ng DP or hindi. I’ve been ghosted before, na-experience ko na yung nagprepare ka, naglaan ng oras, tapos biglang hindi magrereply. So sanay na ako sa disappointment na yan.

Pero here’s the thing may client sana akong ime-meet sa Manila pero siya mismo nag ask if pwede sa Pampanga instead. Hindi ako agad nag-confirm kasi iniisip ko pa. After a few days, nag decide family ko na mag vacation sa Pampanga so naisip ko why not take advantage of it? Magbo-book naman ako sariling room para di na ako lalabas and dun nalang kami mag meet. In short, win-win situation kasi hindi na siya magbabayad ng room.

So humingi ako ng 1k DP. Minimal amount na nga lang yun for assurance sa schedule na gusto niya kasi kung hindi pala siya sure, edi sana kukuha nalang ako ibang client. mind you may mga international seaman client pa ako or normal clients here who even made half DP and im grateful and ayaw ko masira tiwala nila. Tapos sasabihin nitong GM hesitant? Sorry ah, yes possible ma-scam kayo kasi madaming scammer ngayon, pero nasaan yung logic niyo? Trust works both ways. Hindi pwede kayo lang ang may assurance habang kaming providers wala.

Kahit may FRs, proofs, legitimacy at maayos makipag-usap, may mga GM pa rin talagang sobrang cheap at walang common sense. No matter how professional a PSP can be, kung wala kang basic understanding about mutual assurance, wag ka nalang pumasok sa industry na to.

Hi, I want to ask kung ano gagawin nyo if a GM made a minimal DP a month ago expecting na you will meet within that month pero di na po nagrrespond, im thinking if busy lang or nahuli or what hahaha. Can I forfeit it pag di na nagrespond and will give them a forfeiture warning? We suppose to meet kasi 2 weeks after he made the DP. I've been trying to follow up consistently pero di na nagrrespond e even sabihin na if sabihin if busy or what. Before kasi (not here sa reddit) we forfeit if hindi na nasunod sa timeline or confirmed date if walang pasabi si GM then we will give grace period to forfeit it. I know may mga reasons din naman ang GM but PSP also expect word of honor or time management.

Hi, napansin ko lang mas maraming talkshit dito and tend to cancel on the spot unlike dati sa facebook with handler. For freelance, discreet and bluemoon like me saan pa kayo nakakuha ng GM na professional, discreet , legit and not Bullshit. I decided kasi na magfreelance kesa bumalik sa handler ko before kasi ayoko mabakuran. I am super discreet and had clients from here but recently sunod sunod ang mga pang gghost and cancellation especially wala tayo nakukuhang Downpayment or cancellation fee. Para nalang silang nag lalaro dito. i can't say naman lahat pero rate is 2/10 ang legit and with word of honor dito . Please let me know sa mga free lancers saan pa mas maganda magmarket and market is those who dont low ball. My market is not for those nsa lower class but Midclass and Upperclass since i am firm with my rate. My rate before actually was 15K but I lowered it 6K since everything is increasing and I'm doing it once or twice a week lang. Today, 2 sila nagadvice sakin so since I didnt ask for DP, I waited sino talaga ang hindi bullshit, end up both sila may kanya kanyang excuse without assurance on my end or DP.
