I know they're not exactly a fantasy toy company, but given they're partnered with CFT and fill a similar niche: has anyone here ever ordered something from them and had radio silence between buy and ship?

It's creeping toward the end of the fulfillment window with no contact at all, and I don't want to be pushy/rude but I also don't know how common this is because I never see anyone talk about them 😬
