What came out is that while there are multiple discrete and unique reasons for this scenario, typically its not one but a combination of multiple factors that eventually create this attraction. Likewise, not all reasons are applicable for all such cases.

A. Daddy issues - lack of paternal figure while growing up leading to desire to have someone older around.

B. Childhood trauma - being exploited, abused, ill-treated, including sexually at early age.
