Hi! I read this manga aaages ago but recently on a website the pages popped up again but I couldn't find the name and I wanted to read it again

I think it's with humans who have beast traits. Like ears and tail will pop up if they feel big emotions or even able to fully transform. 2 pairs from what I remember, of which 1 is a cat who keeps transforming into a cat when trying to have sex or any kind of foreplay. And one pair with a blond dude who keeps coming over to the other man when it rains and has sex with him but he never remembers. There was an anime made I'm pretty sure. Anyone recognise it?
