Week 5

I gave Emma a tough goal this week of 55kg and she was absolutely determined to hit it. She asked advice and I suggested adding sneaky calories wherever possible and an additional meal a day.
As usual she was incredibly obedient. She started having a night meal with her last glass of cream. She replaced all her drinks with sugary calorie filled sodas and energy drinks and finally added snacks wherever she could.
She loves nuts so I have encouraged them a lot as they are easy calories but she loves her chocolate and sweets too so they were popular 🤭
The day before her weigh in was a wedding and she absolutely took advantage of the buffet and bar. She credits this day a lot towards the results.
The Results
Ending last week at 52.7kg neither of us expected her to hit such a stretch goal of 55kg as she has only gained 1.5kg a week.
So imagine our shock when she came in at 55.1kg 😱 She was as shocked as me and couldn't believe she gained so much in a week. Her metabolism has been absolutely beaten now.
To make it even more exciting she sent me pictures and there is without doubt a tiny belly now. Nothing crazy but she's no longer the flat girl from a month ago. She can grab a decent amount of fat now too!
Her BMI puts her absolutely dead centre of healthy weight now which means every kg is matching towards overweight 👀
7.1kg gained in April so let's see what May brings :)
