Hello! I've been listening to GWAs for years and realized there were some enough niches I would like to see filled, which meant there might be a reason for me to pick up writing. Looking to make friends and learn. I've already posted my first script, which was rather ambitious, and I have a question for writers and fillers.
How do you have a sense of if things will be filled? My script got *some* attention. It was the number 1 post on this server that day and got a healthy number of upvotes and script views, and *fifty* shares, but I got 0 comments. What should I expect from that data?
Four friends of different political persuasions sack the Tuileries Palace after the King tries to betray the revolution. They have different ideas of how to handle the nobility and chaos ensues.
A collaborative project, where one performer has the word count of a standard GWA, at least according to Christina's guide, and the rest of the players have much shorter roles. I hope this makes the behemoth a bit more manageable. Also, if people are interested in filling it out, but want it to be slightly different, I can offer two script alterations. Reach out if you are serious about filling it but would prefer one of these versions.
Improvisation and making it your own is encouraged! You've probably filled more scripts than I've written and I want this to be fun. There are sound effect cues, but I've written it so that the script functions without any of them besides the ones made by the human voice, so feel free to omit them if they sound like a pain. I'd much rather this script be adapted without sound effects than not be filled at all.

this is my very first attempt at a script and it's about the French Revolution. I want more historical work, so I decided to make my own. I know it's a bit out there and rather elaborate for a first outing but this idea has been swimming in my head for ages and I can't be the only one to want something like this. As a note, I know it's gauche to suggest accents, but I wish to share this with anyone who might not be in the know. Napoleon Bonaparte was from Corsica and had a thick Italian accent he was made fun of for. So "Bonnie" should get an Italian accent, if any. I'll also be posting a version where Bonaparte is a guy if anyone would prefer that.

I have moral qualms with making CNC porn about real people, especially considering the genuinely awful treatment certain women faced during the revolution, so instead of having Marie Antoinette or any other real figures feature, I've made a bunch of amalgamation characters representing different factions.
Marrianne is a radical Jacobin/socialist/Enragés. The listener is a Dantonist Republican. Charlotte represents the Girondins: Warhawks (L), Republicans (W), Abolitionists (W), and those who wanted to treat the dying monarchy with gentler hands (mixed bag). Many of the first modern feminists were Girondins funnily enough, and most of them died on the scaffold during the terror. Bonnie is obviously a Bonapartist.
If this isn't abstract enough, and people feel weird about this, I'm happy to delete it and my account. This is very much an experiment and I don't want to do something unethical.
