3. You're nobility, possibly a princess, and during a political conflict you've been captured and are being taken back to an enemy kingdom as a negotiating tool. Unfortunately for them they get caught in a larger battle on their journey back, giving you an opportunity to escape. You meet a knight, unaffiliated with either kingdom, who may provide you protection returning home.
4. A new adventurer/traveller, you find yourself injured after an unexpected encounter. You are wandering off into the woods only to find a woodsman, who takes you back to his cabin to patch you up, but also who won't let you go afterwards
5. You attend a magic college, learning about your specific school and bringing out your own potential before you make your way in the world. But, after a bad encounter while working late in one of the classrooms (potions, magical artifact, magical beasts), you find yourself being disciplined by the professor.
6. There is a large amount of strange mana pooling in the region. It is unnatural and monsters are beginning to arrive in the once peaceful region. (This can go into dungeon delving or transported into a magic world)
7. You find yourself stranded on an island after a shipwreck. underprepared, you must find a way to survive on this island and it's supernatural happenings and creatures on your own, and find a way off of it.
8. You have found your hands on a cursed artifact. It brings you great power, but something is wrong. It speaks to you, and you find yourself having trouble resisting it's influence. You rely on it to survive, but it wants to be in charge.
9. A noble family has been plotting to have the head of your house assassinated. After they are successful, you find yourself scrambling to put the pieces back together, find who had done this, and take revenge.
