My wife has always been more turned on by penetration than clitoral stimulation. I'll be working the outside slowly, but when my fingers slip in, she starts really moaning.

Now, the "come hither" motion feels incredible for her. The only problem is I have severe carpal tunnel in both wrists, and my hand cramps after only a minute or two, and I simply cannot continue. I feel terrible about it.
