Gents. Can I start injecting saline into the sack before moving onto a drip? TRT has meant my balls have shrink to size of raisins and I miss that heavy feeling. I understand it won’t increase the nut size.

I am looking for something to really fill me up. needs to be 3inch diameter minimum, smooth and easy to inserts - plugs I have are hard to get in. Want something with a thin end, then a thick middle. Are inflatable ones any good? Show me your go to's gents.
