I don’t think I’m a bad dancer. I get decent stage tips, I do interactive floor work, and I can hit intermediate pole tricks. Overall, I feel like I do pretty well.

But I work at a club where stage is a big deal. There are girls who go up and make so much money they need buckets, and I’ve never needed one.

I’ll literally see customers leave my stage set to go watch someone else, which is kind of humbling lol.

I’m not exactly sure what I’m doing wrong, so I’m wondering if anyone has tips on how to improve stage presence or “magnetism.”

For context, I’m definitely more of a VIP girl. I sell 20+ dances most shifts, I have regulars, and I make good money off the floor. So I’m not relying on stage at all, and sometimes I’m too busy in VIP to even go up.

But I still want to level up and be well-rounded. I want to be good at everything, not just private sales.

Any advice from girls who figured out how to really pull a crowd on stage?
