PE novice, critique me?
I started ~4/5 months ago, pumping only with pressures ranging from 3 to 5 inHg in a 2.0” sized cylinder. I’ve since purchased a vacuum gauge to test my automatic pump and increased my pressure to 5-7inHg.
Now I’ve added extending into my routine ~1 month ago, 4/25/26. I extend everyday at 4 pounds for 45 minutes, and I’ve been tracking my elongation %, usually 5-9% and I pump 2 days on and one day off.
I was considering changing to a 1.75” cylinder instead of my current 2.125” to hopefully focus more on length, and after I’m satisfied with length gains I’ll switch to a girth routine primarily.
Is a small cylinder a dumb idea? Length pumping isn’t anything new, but my plan to optimize could be redundant?
