I have no idea how to call this specific...flavour of tf that I found myself loving for a long time now, so this is what I went with.
A wasteful transformation. Someone who willingly, very casually, and for basically no reason at all (or for an extremely trivial or silly one) decides to undergo a drastic transformation, very likely to be permanent. Even better if it's into something non conventionally attractive, or readily useful (in case of object tf) and in a way that others see as completely normal and widely accepted. A complete "waste" of a transformation, from someone who has a lot to lose and decides to throw it all away for no real reason, all done in a very casual and uncaring way. A big shrug as they simply decide to uproot their life and whip it around, just for the sake of it.
A mother with a loving family deciding to swap sex and start over for literally no reason at all, just to see what it would be like, even if they're 100% comfortable in their original body and might very much not be in the new one, or headswapping with another member of the family, just for fun.
A girlfriend deciding to do a more practical "would you still love me if I was a worm" joke and actually turning into one, with all the drawbacks and short life.
A movie star famous for their looks turning themselves into an ugly, formless slime to see if they can still be good actors without a pretty face.
A husband turning into an expensive ring for his wife as a gift for their anniversary, just because she asked for one.
Random headswaps, unneeded and invasive surgeries, wanton potion tasting and magic flinging and ancient demon summoning and mysterious machines and syringes testing, all with a "eh, whatever happens happens" attitude, and a smile and a carefree "guess this is my life now!" Attitude after the transformation.
This "wasteful" idea goes for any other kinks one might have too, like vore, for example.
I'm just wondering if other people here like something similar to this. So far, I never met anyone else who likes this sort of thing, and I'd like to hear people's opinions on it!
