I’m taking Xanax 2mg for a year sometimes I take 4mg
Started two years ago with 0,50mg and ended up with 2mg prescribed (just in emergencies) but I was so stressed out that take it every day.
I can buy it from a drugstore in my town without the prescription and my doctor thinks I take only a few times when need it.

How do I stop? Can I cold turkey?
