I’ve been at it for nine months now, about two months more than that in fact if counting the two months prior where I was only pumping a couple of times a week at a very low pressure with a cheap electronic pump.

Since August 2025 though I began at 7.25 length and 5.0 girth, I’ve used a 2.0 inch LeLuv air pump with a gauge and use DocHink’s routine which is:

One warmup set of four minutes of 5inhg and then 4 full five minute sets between 8-12inhg. My breaks in between are about 2-3 minutes long and I self stimulate in between sets to stay as hard as I can. I’ve been doing this *extremely* consistently for at least 5 days a week but mostly 6 days a week every single week since August.

I also do 40 minute stretching exercises with an extender before pumping.

I’ve gained about a quarter of an inch in length by extending but exactly nothing for girth which is what I desire most.

I was exactly at 5 inches in girth in August. Now, after a two day break, I measured today and I’m exactly at 5 inches in girth still while my length has gone from 7.25 to 7.50.

What am I doing wrong for girth? How can I improve? I see many people get gains and I’m confused as to what I’m doing wrong when I’ve been very consistent with my protocol since August.
