I've been trying for a week or 2 but my back starts to hurt and im nowhere near my tip. Im 6.5 inches but still about 6 inches away from my mouth can anyone help?

I've been trying to do this for a few weeks and the closest I can get is my tip to my hole but I cant get it inside. Can someone help?
