It varies for me. Sometimes I use it heavily as a stimulus but sometimes I’ll enjoy my body without it.

As a young guy I used to have a cum rag under the bed - usually a pair of old briefs. Does anyone still use a cum rag like that or have memories of them getting stained over time.
