I want to start by saying I'm not new to this, I've been doing it on and off for about 9 years but there's a couple things that I've always accepted as normal and I want to know if others experience it too

First, does anyone else have trouble emptying their bladder? It seems like after only a day or two of chastity I am needing to pee way more often. It's like I can never get completely empty.

Second, what can I do about the aching? Some aching is to be expected, even desired, but sometimes its so severe that it causes me a stomach ache. It gets to the point where I'm sometimes tempted to unlock and have an orgasm just to relieve some of the pressure.
