How do I get my heart rate down?
I just started doing this on and off for the last couple weeks & it sky rockets my heart rate. Is there anything I can do to calm it? Preferably without other drugs. I have a gabapentin prescription but I’ve heard mixed things about mixing these drugs, so it would probably be the last thing I try.
