After a tough week last week, I feel so motivated to notice any stress in myself. I’m learning not to remove my anxieties (usually makes it worse) and instead notice and learn to navigate it. Still a work in progress ✨

BIA is quickly becoming my favorite rapper, I don’t even listen to much rap music but she’s super relatable and she’s not super crazy or weird. She just seems like a normal person. And I’ve always admired music artists who seem real. This music video is so simple, she’s in a city scape and there’s a cool car… who wouldn’t relate to that?

I can’t help sharing music I’m listening to. It’s been a bit of a rainy cloudy few days here, and of course I’ve got a playlist for that.
