I’ll go first!

It took $65 to fill up my gas tank this afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I’m ready for the fucking revolution. 😃 I did some Pilates to try and decompress, and I guess it helped a little bit.

You might find yourself waiting a longggg time before you feel something tugging at the line. And even when you feel a pull, you might lose it.

You might be able to reel it in only to find that the prize is rather small.

And one day, out of the blue, you might just catch yourself a fucking whale.

Whatever the outcome, you have to love the SPORT. You gotta love the craft.

Part of the thrill is in the possibilities. You have to genuinely enjoy how this is a game of chance in order to avoid getting super discouraged if you’re going through a dry period or a sub ghosts/deletes their account after a drain or that whale sub disappears after dropping a HUGE send.

All of those scenarios can be very frustrating. But since this kink is very psychological, it might help to view things from the (legit) finsub’s perspective. All of them aren’t time wasters. A lot of these subs are new, maybe shy, or even a bit embarrassed at how turned on they are by the dynamic.

Remember when you first started exploring your sexuality and felt some embarrassment at the things you had just gotten off to? Post nut clarity is very real, y’all. Especially when you’re discovering that you’re into kinks that may be considered taboo. Ask me how many times I slammed my laptop shut and paused to reflect after watching some weird, 3D ogre porn!!! 😭

So, if a sub sends a stranger nearly all of their paycheck in mere MINUTES just to get humiliated and degraded while jerking off to the point of whimpering… yeah, I can see why they’d go off the grid once they’ve come down from the high and realized what took place.

This shit is intense. That’s why it’s so exhilarating!

After doing this long enough, you’ll learn which spots you tend to have better luck in. You’ll learn which bait works best. You’ll upgrade your equipment. You’ll be able to kick your feet up and relax knowing that the work will almost do itself for you.

You’ll even begin to anticipate the subs who always return even when they swore they wouldn’t. And THOSE are the ones you have the best chance at turning into long term subs if that’s something you’re interested in.

Being a Domme requires patience, consistency, and confidence.

It’s good to have goals. It’s great to aim high! But if you’re tied to a specific outcome early on, there’s a good chance that you’ll end up disappointed and tap out quickly. 

So, when you’re just starting out, manage your expectations. You’re still learning and establishing yourself. Have fun with it, and don’t give up! ❤️
