Get all hot and sweaty from working out then help each other get off??

Looking for someone who gets up very early to run or work out and help each other get off when done when we are all hot and sweaty. Long shot?

Seeing if there are any runners out there that like a good run and then finding a friend at the end to help each other to get off before the day really starts?? Kind of a long shot. 43m in shape, fairly good looking so I’ve been told, 8” and thick.
