Did anyone had this issue before? I didn't request them to remove the original packaging (have ordered from them before and they never did this).

The packaging was completely non-offensive. For reference, that's what I've ordered:

• NPG - Mary Tachibana Prestige Pussy Meiki Masturbator
• NPG - Onizara Pleasure Meiki Rika Tsubaki
• NPG - Waka Misono Triple-Tightening Pleasure Pocket Pussy

I'm kinda pissed atm, as I don't know if the onaholes have been tampered with, maybe in customs (one of the onaholes is wrapped in plastic that can be opened and closed again without anyone noticing, for example).

Also, I paid for the original packaging as well.

I'm asking especially because of this onahole, which mentions that the teeth are made out silicone.

As far as I know, silicone is harder than TPE, so before taking the plunge, I wanted to ask if it's possible that the rest of the onahole could be TPE.

The softness-o-meter (dick icon) is at least not completely to the right. 😂

Has someone used the mentioned service before? Does this mean that customs and other fees are prepaid?

Last time I ordered at OtonaJP, I had to pay customs later. I asked their support two days ago, but no response yet.
