Swelling after surgery

Swelling after surgery

For those of you that had a clitoral hood reduction. How long did you have swelling for? I feel like my clitoral hood is still relatively large even after surgery and I’m hoping that’s just swelling

Day 11 post op

Gym: Went to the gym for about an hour. Did 10 mins on stair stepper, 4 reps of back extensions, 4 reps on seated leg curl, 4 reps leg press (80lbs), and 4 reps row machine. I know that’s not your typical gym routine but I just wanted to play around and see how the body handled it. I feel fine at the end of the day. Took it a little lighter on the weight than what I usually do but not by much. I’m just such an active person that you can’t keep me from activity for long once I feel up for it lol.

Masturbation: Okay so I got curious because I’m pretty healed up from surgery. Most my stitches are dissolved and my swelling has gone down a lot. Soooo, I felt around a little bit with a vibrator, I didn’t put anything in, it’s definitely not ready for that yet. But It felt AMAZING. I’ve never had this much sensation before and I was barely applying much pressure. My clit is so much more to the surface now and way easier to get to. The muscles are a little sore around the area after from the spasms. probably should have waited longer but I was so curious. Anyways, I’m happy

Again these worked for me but I’m not planning on pushing it much farther than that. Gym probably once a week and masturbation was just once until my 4 week mark because I was curious is everything was okay down there. Definitely listen to your body on how you feel but don’t push it. This is just my experience and information I was wondering during before my procedure.

Day 10 and 11

First picture is day 10, second picture is day 11! 🙏🏼 I was finally able to shave. The swelling is starting to really go down now. Even between just the two days you can see a difference. Hoping the clitoral hood will start reducing in swelling soon as well.

Day 8 post op!

I’m starting to see the vision and she’s honestly looking realllll pretty 😍 I’m already getting my confidence back and I know we still have lots of recovery to go. Still pretty swollen but I walked 3 miles today and worked 4 hours! Pretty much stayed on my feet from 10am to 11pm shopping around for new bikinis for my confidence LOL. Even after an eventful day the swelling isn’t bad and I’m not having any pain! I’m curious how much swelling will go down in the front from the clitoral hood reduction. Hopefully a lot because I’m already loving the way the bottom part is looking. The second picture is before the procedure. Your girl could’ve donated some lip to someone who needed it 😭🤣

Masturbation after Labiaplasty

How long did you guys wait after your procedure to start masturbating again? Typically not something I’m dying to do but I’m so curious what it’s going to be like. Also, I had a clitoral hood reduction so there has been lots of swelling and feeling down there which I think has been enticing me to want to do it more. Apparently the constant sensation caused me to have some interesting dreams LOL. Anyways, I feel like it’s definitely too soon but I’m curious how long you guys waited?

Here’s day 5!

First day without an insane amount of swelling and was able to be on my feet for a few hours. I’m so curious what the final results are going to be like. I’m sure after the first 2 weeks are done I’ll probably stop being as invested as I am now. I hope I’ll be more comfortable and confident after this is all said and done. I paid $4,150 for this surgery as a 22 yr old on a barista paycheck so it better be worth it 🤞🏽

Pre op and post op pics

First 4 pics are before procedure. Having lots of swelling these first few days after surgery. I had a Labiaplasty with a clitoral hood reduction. My surgeon is very well known and took off a lot while also reconstructing everything. I’m very curious to how the end results will turn out. I have an appt with the surgeon in 2 days to see how things are coming along. I go back to work in 3 days, hoping the swelling will reside some by then. I ice a lot and elevate. Taking Celebrex and Tylenol during the day and adding tramadol at night. Pain has been mild to moderate at most so that is good. Mainly just a throbbing feeling when the pain gets bad. I’ve wanted this surgery for a long time but recovery will definitely take a while. It’ll be less noticeable when the swelling goes down. Curious if any one else had a similar experience and if so, when did your swelling start to reside

Recent surgery

Curious about how I’m healing. Was told I would be very swollen for the first week or two which is very much the case! Pain management has actually been pretty good. Most pain would be at night but I usually sleep through it. Going back to work on Thursday. Have had some clumpy discharge but I’m curious if that’s because it’s not coming out as quick as it usually does with it being swollen.
Picture one: day before surgery
Picture two (Thursday): 4 hours after surgery
Picture three: current day (Monday) 4 days after surgery
