How do you build trust?

First, i'm a really pathetic guy into many kinks so as blackmailing, everytime i see a post it makes my heart race completely fast and my head dizzy(i get really close to shutting my brain off and sending my Infos ofc with limits and safeword) i want really want to submit to someone (can even be findom) but the fear of getting scammed into sending only money is like Holding me back.... so how do you get over this fear and build trust? Does anyone have any advice?

(And ofc i'm not stupid and i know i shouldnt trust anyone but i see many succsess starkes here about people having a good time...)
