Watching Yoonda’s progression has been very peak, and imo this is one of the cleanest examples of a tsundere/kuudere “defrost” arc done right.

They started off as enemies in every sense, both as hostile coworkers and next-door neighbors. I mean, their first interaction was Yoonda literally slamming Gangchan to the ground for trying to take her cigarette out of her mouth when she was trying to smoke LOL... she was cold, harsh, and fully lived up to her “ice queen” reputation.

Things only got worse when they were forced to work together on a critical game project, which was later revealed to be her creation, so between workplace chaos and living side-by-side, their dynamic turned into a series of hilarious and chaotic interactions. But over time, something shifted...

Yoonda slowly began to open up—but only to Gangchan. Her sharp edges didn’t disappear overnight, but you could see them soften bit by bit as they learned to work together and actually understand each other.

The turning point? Gangchan helping her lifelong dream succeed at the app game expo—especially when it looked like her toxic ex-boss had ruined everything.

By then, the “ice queen” was basically gone. Not because she changed completely, but because someone finally reached her.

From mutual hatred to genuine love, their progression feels earned every step of the way, and imo that’s what makes it hit so hard.

TLDR: Peak tsundere/kuudere “ice queen” Yoonda went from hating Gangchan at first (and literally body slamming him at first sight) to slowly softening up to him as they’re forced to work and live near each other. So it feels good to see that through chaos, growth, and him ultimately coming in clutch by helping her achieve her lifelong dream, their relationship evolved into a well-earned enemies-to-lovers arc where he’s the one who finally defrosts her cold and harsh personality and broke through her walls.
