They were the perfect couple. Healthy, wealthy, sporty and kind. They met in high school and made the big move to a new city down south for college. The move wasn’t difficult, Tab’s father made sure they arrived on campus set up to do well - the new car, the rented apartment with a third bathroom, the weekly cleaning service. They worked out together and never argued.
What could go wrong? It wasn’t until Talia walked past the protest that things came undone. She didn’t need to interrupt her life, but this nagging thought kept popping up - was she too comfortable? Did she need to be uncomfortable to truly know herself?
