A few stitches fell out last weekend, so I went ahead and removed the rest of them on the spot. Especially since the last 3 or 4 stitches were just digging in really deep and causing pain. (That happens when the tension is no longer distributed evenly, but concentrated on just a few specific points...)

So, I’ve been completely stitch-free for four days now. I’m pretty happy with how things are going so far. 😊

The only thing is, the horniness is starting to get pretty bad... 😁

am letzten WE sind ein paar Fäden rausgefallen, ich hab dann kurzerhand alle entfernt. Zumal die letzten ~3-4 Fäden einfach nur stark eingeschnitten und dadurch geschmerzt haben. (Wenn die Zugspannung nur noch sehr punktuell getragen wird...)

Seit 4 Tagen also komplett ohne Fäden. Ich bin ziemlich zufrieden bislang. 😊

Nur die Wuschigkeit wird solangsam schlimm ... 😁

its been a week with no hood so far, so here's an update.

The swelling is about 90% gone. Basically, only the scar is still a little hard, but that will probably take a bit longer anyway because of the scar tissue.

The underside, in particular, has made great progress. The discoloration from the bruising is almost completely gone. Only the base/root, where the local anesthetic was injected, is still a bit discolored. All the discoloration around the incision edges has already disappeared.

The first dozen or so stitches have also fallen out. Most of them came out easily, without any knots – so they weren't holding anything in place anymore.

I deliberately removed two stitches. One was on the frenulum next to the piercing channel. As you can see, it was more than acceptable. The stitches/sutures had already caused a slight hardening there.

And the other stitch I actively removed was only embedded in the outer layer of skin on the top side. It seems the tension caused it to cut itself out of the inner skin, and therefore it wasn't contributing anything anymore.

Otherwise, I'm leaving the threads alone for now.

The pain is practically completely gone. Sure, if I press on the threads, it pinches, but the rest doesn't hurt anymore. And it's still incredibly tight.

Regarding tightness... I took a closer look at the underside again and am now relatively certain how tight she cut. I had a minimum and a maximum line in mind. And somewhere in the middle would have been about what I wanted.

She cut much closer to the maximum line. At about 70-80% of the maximum amount that could be removed. And I think it looks really good.

She definitely cut more off the underside than I would have dared to request. But I'm thrilled with the result. And that's why I'm glad I just let her do it.

It's just barely pulling my scrotum up. One more idea than I would have liked, but nowhere near enough to be a problem.

And yes, on the top side, she left a little more outer tissue and removed a little more inner tissue. On the right, less outer tissue and more inner tissue. So it's a little asymmetrical. But I don't really care at the moment, because it's only really noticeable when I'm semi-erect. When flaccid, it disappears on both sides, and when erect, it smooths out anyway.

In summary: The swelling is gone, the bruising is on its way out, no more pain, everything is nice and firm. And I was able to sleep through the first two nights completely.

The only catch now is that I'm starting to get a little horny. I wake up in the morning with a wonderfully firm erection, and I'm not allowed to play with it. That's the challenge for the next two weeks.

seit einer Woche ohne Mütze, hier ein Updates zum aktuellen Stand.

Die Schwellungen sind zu 90% weg. Im Grunde ist nur noch die Narbe ein wenig verhärtet, was aber wegen dem Narbengewebe vmtl sowieso etwas länger dauern dürfte.

Vor allem die Unterseite hat große Fortschritte gemacht. Die Verfärbungen der Blutergüsse sind fast ganz weg. Nur halt unten an der Basis/Wurzel, wo die lokale Betäubung gesetzt wurde ist noch etwas bunt. An den Schnitt-Rändern sind sämtliche Verfärbungen schon weg.

Das erste gute Dutzend an Fäden ist auch schon rausgefallen. Die aller meisten davon freiwillig, also Knoten los, ließen sich ohne Widerstand ziehen - also haben die dann auch nichts mehr gehalten.

Zwei Fäden habe ich gezielt entfernt. Einmal am Frenulum neben dem Stichkanal. Wie man sieht mehr als vertretbar. Da hatte der Fäden/die Naht schon zu ner leichten Verhärtung geführt.

Und der andere aktiv gezogene Faden saß an der Oberseite nur in der äußeren Haut. Der hatte sich unter der Spannung scheinbar aus der inneren Haut heraus geschnitten und damit hat der auch zu nichts mehr beitragen.

Ansonsten lasse ich vorerst die Finger von den Fäden.

Die Schmerzen sind defacto vollständig weg. Klar, wenn ich auf den Fäden herum drücke, zwickt es, aber der Rest tut nicht mehr weh. Und ist immer noch verdammt straff.

Zum Thema Straffheit... Ich habe mir die Unterseite auch nochmal genauer angeschaut und bin mir jetzt relativ sicher, wie straff sie geschnitten hat. Ich hatte eine Mindest-Linie und eine Maximal-Linie im Sinn. Und Mitte wäre ca mein Wunsch gewesen.

Sie hat deutlich näher zu Maximal-Linie hin geschnitten. Bei ca 70-80% von Maximum was weg durfte. Und ich finds richtig gut so.

Sie hat auf der Unterseite definitiv mehr weg geschnitten, als ich mich getraut hätte zu bestellen. Aber ich bin vom Ergebnis begeistert. Und daher find ichs gut, dass ich sie einfach habe machen lassen.

Es zieht mir den Sack so gerade eben hoch. Ne Idee mehr als ich mir gewünscht hätte, aber längst nicht so viel, dass ichs problematisch fände.

Und ja, an der Oberseite hat se auf der linken Seite etwas mehr äußere stehen lassen und etwas mehr innere entfernt. Rechts weniger äußere und mehr innere. Das ist daher ein wenig unsymmetrisch. Aber das ist mir im Moment ziemlich egal, weil es nur bei nem Halbmast wirklich ins Gewicht fällt. Schlaff verschwindet es auf beiden Seiten und am Ständer zieht sichs sowieso glatt.

Zusammengefasst:
Schwellungen sind weg, Blutergüsse auf dem Rückweg, keine Schmerzen mehr, alles schön straff. Und ich konnte die ersten beiden Nächte vollständig durchschlafen.

Einziger Haken ist jetzt, dass ein wenig die Geilheit einsetzt. Ich wache morgens mit einem herrlich prallen Ständer auf, und darf nicht dran herum spielen. Das ist dann die Challenge für die nächsten 2 Wochen.

Jetzt auch mal die Unterseite zum Bestaunen.

Hab ich in meinem letzten Beitrag noch gesagt gehabt, dass sie nicht ganz so tight gemacht hat, wie geplant, muss ich das jetzt definitiv ein wenig zurück nehmen bzw korrigieren.

Ja, die Oberseite ist nicht so straff wie geplant. Die Unterseite aber dafür um so mehr.

Erstes Bild: Unmittelbar nach dem Kamillosan-Bad heute morgen.
Das rechte Foto vom ersten Bild ist spiegelverkehrt, nicht wundern im weiteren Verlauf.

Bild 2 zeigt die Unterseite vorher mit verschieden hoch gezogener Vorhaut.
Beim ersten Ausschnitt vom Bild 2 sieht man das gespannte Rest-Frenulum (und darunter versteckte PA-Loch deutet sich an)
Im letzten Ausschnitt vom Bild 2 sieht man oben so nen kleinen Nubbel, das ist der Rest vom Frenulum gewesen, was als Jugendlicher gerissen ist und vorher ganz an der Spitze der Eichel dran war. Und ganz unten im vierten Ausschnitt kann man rechts auf dem Bild (also bei mir links am Penis) noch ein Muttermal erkennen. Das Muttermal war meine "das ist zu viel"-Markierung. Kurz darüber konnte ich mir gut vorstellen.

Und jetzt ratet mal was ...

Drittes Bild, wie das zweite mit ein paar eingezeichneten Pfeilen zum Vergleich. Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, ist das genau die selbe Stelle.

Das deckt sich auch mit dem Gefühl beim Vernähen. Ich hätte gesagt, dass sie am "unteren drittel vom Ständer" zwickt. Ich habe mich offensichtlich nicht geirrt bzw. das so grob korrekt eingeordnet... Die Stelle sitzt jetzt auf jeden Fall jetzt relativ weit oben ... ^^

Ich sag mal so. Viel straffer hätte es nicht mehr gedurft...

Drittes Bild, vierter Ausschnitt, senkrecht unter dem stumpfen Ende des Pfeils ist besagtes Muttermal. Das habe ich durch den Bluterguss bislang noch nicht wieder finden können... Ich hoffe es ist noch da ... 😂

Achja, ich vergas ... es fühlt sich RICHTIG gut an. 😁Freut mich gerade mega, dass es unten so straff ist. Der Sack wird so gerade eben angelupft. Genau passen. 😁

Vor 2 Tagen, versus heute. Seit 1 Tag und 8 Stunden beschnitten.

Was sagt ihr? Saubere Sache, oder?

Die Unterseite sieht ein wenig wilder aus, aber vor allem wegen ner abklingenden Schwellung von der örtlichen Betäubung. Frenulum ist ganz weg. Das hat zum Erstaunen der Urologin kaum geblutet. (War als jugendlicher schon eingerissen...) Mein PA Piercing-Loch liegt damit jetzt endlich vollständig frei.

Ich würde es als low und einigermaßen tight einordnen. Was meint ihr? Und nein, das ist noch nicht die volle harte Länge ... 😄

Wenn er komplett schlaff ist, wird er beim Hinsetzen noch kurzzeitig von der Vorhaut bedeckt. Das dürfte aber zum Großteil daran liegen, dass die Haut noch so geschwollen und daher relativ straff und dadurch unflexibel ist.

Wenn die Schwellung weg ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass die Eichel immer blank liegt...

EDIT: Da per DM schon die Frage kam, nein, das ist nicht schief geschnitten. Das ist nur unterschiedlich geschwollen und ich wollte es nicht fürs Foto auseinander ziehen... Updates kommen in ein paar Tagen / Wochen ...
