For those with experience in pumping/clamping
I've recently added hard clamping to my pumping routine but am thinking I need to switch it up to give myself some recover time in between sessions.
My old routine was 15min @ 10hg followed by 15min soft clamping (3-5 cock rings depending...
New routine I've been running for ~3 weeks but noticing a bit more exhaustion is 2 sets of 10 min @ 10hg + 10 min hard clamping each set.
The new routine is producing quite a bit more edema than before, nothing picture worthy but enough that I'm aware of it.
Stats have remained within +-0.1cm(I assume this to be measurement inaccuracies rather than growth from the change)

My question with hard clamping basically amounts to this- is this amount of work detrimental over an extended period of time(with the increased edema from the clamp type), I'm looking for advice on how to proceed to maximize the time but also to keep risk management in mind as I do so. Thanks for any tips/advice.
