First time doing xanax

Hi. Whats a good dose fit a first timer. I havent used any benzos before. I got multiple 1mg pills

First time adderall no effect

Its been 1 hour and 30 minutes since i took a 30mg adderall. I dont feel anything different. Could it be fake. What are the effects i should look out for to confirm that its working. Should i take more?
