I want to try it but I haven’t heard anyone doing this before and js wanna know if it’s safe or will mess the dxm effect up

Idk if that’s od but I did it and I don’t remember a whole lot of it and when I woke up my body was insanely heavy and walking felt drunk I don’t really touch benzos I’m a psych person myself is this really normal am I js lucky? I weigh 175 idk if that’s effect benzos tbh tho
