Hi~

I already did a post here about buy out systems in the clubs.

Today I want to discuss money system in clubs abroad.

Often in tiktoks from the usa strippers mention they earn on tips/on what customers give them. So like you mostly earn for dancing. Also a girl pays to the club to work in it. How's in reality?

I work in Russia, and I feel like in general the tips culture is not a thing here, even in usual restaurants and cafes.

So strippers in my country have like guarantee money, in my club it's 5000₽ (i assume it's ≈70$, ≈60€). This amount a girl gets every time she goes on the shift. It's like a support if there are no customers or not too many, but the club needs girls anyway. And more money she gets for cocktails and other crazy menu positions - private dances, karaoke, romantic hour (when a girl talks to the customer for an hour with her breasts open and she doesn't dance on stage), etc.

But not in every club girls get their money daily. I mean, the crazy menu positions are 50/50 between the girl and the club. Some clubs give money every day in the end of the shift, some give every monday, like weekly money.

I rarely see customers drop money on stage, and rarely they give tips personally.

I will be glad to read how it works in your country ☺️💋

Just a curiousity.

I returned to stripping last week after 4 months break. And was a bit worried about it.

This is my 2nd club. In both of the clubs clubs I worked in I wasn't asked to visit solarium. But from the Internet I see that clubs are usually strict about it.

Yet one stripper adviced me to visit solarium because it may mask bruises and abrasions from the pole.

I don't quite take it seriously because I'm okay with my pale skin at work, i feel confident like this💁🏻‍♀️

Imo, girls are different and each one gives unique vibe in the club and it's cool, isn't it?

How do you feel about it?
